What If the Weather is Bad?
At THINKYacht, we monitor weather conditions closely. If the weather is unsafe, we will notify you and offer the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. We do not cancel trips based on forecasts alone—decisions are made based on real-time conditions on the day of your rental. In the case of live music on the pontoon, we will move over to the indoor area of our yacht if schedule allows.

How far in advance should I book a cruise?
It’s best to book at least 2-3 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and holidays, as slots fill up quickly.

Is there a cancellation policy?
Yes, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations due to unsafe weather are fully refunded or rescheduled.

Do the boats have restrooms?
Our yacht does have restrooms, but for the pontoon we recommend docking at nearby facilities if needed.
